On a spontaneous drop of a dime, we hopped in the car and headed to Big Bear! It was one of my first times going in the summer and seeing the green side of Big Bear. I was amazed at the beautiful mountains going as far as the eye can see and all the wildflowers growing along them. As soon as we hit the town a little blue bug caught our eyes and we HAD to stop to take photos with it. We met the friendly owner and continued on our journey.
The next morning, right before sunset, we packed up a picnic and our Winc Wines and headed to the lake. I was working for Winc Wines to create 5 lifestyle photos and decided to setup a picnic to go along with it. After taking the beautiful photos we enjoyed a picnic on the cliffs above the water. It was quiet, tasty, and a much-needed break from the week.
After relaxing back at the house and taking a long nap we decided to go on another adventure. We explored the city and found a beautiful walkway to take sunset photos on. It’s moments like these that make my heart beat a little faster.
Day three included ice cream (that melted way too fast) and exploring downtown Big Bear. We did some shopping and exploring while catching up on stories from the past. It was all in all a great trip! The spontaneous ones always are!
